DAY 01 | ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival in Delhi. You will be assisted with your bagages at the airport and transferred to prebooked Hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing of Delhi.

  • Jama Masjid – One of India’s largest and most impressive mosques built in the 17th century
  • Chandni Chowk – A bustling market renowned for shopping and street food.
  • Drive past Red Fort – A 17th-century Mughal fort and one of India’s most iconic landmarks.
  • Raj Ghat – A peaceful memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi
  • India Gate – Best visited in the evening when the area is beautifully lit.
  • Drive past the President’s House and the Parliament.
  • Humayun’s Tomb – A magnificent Mughal-era tomb that inspired the Taj Mahal.
  • Qutub Minar – The world’s tallest brick minaret, surrounded by historic ruins.

After breakfast, drive to Agra (230 km | 04 hrs.), a historic city situated on the banks of the Yamuna River. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India because of its rich history, beautiful Mughal architecture, and cultural heritage.
Afternoon, sightseeing of Agra.

  • Taj Mahal – The most famous monument in Agra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal is made of white marble and is admired for its stunning beauty, intricate carvings, and symmetrical design. It symbolizes eternal love and attracts millions of visitors every year.
  • Agra Fort, also recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built mainly by Emperor Akbar using red sandstone, the fort served as the royal residence of the Mughal emperors. Inside the fort are several impressive buildings, each showcasing the grandeur of Mughal architecture

Drive to Jaipur and en route visit Fatehpur Sikri (36 km | 01 hr.), renowned for its magnificent Mughal architecture, which combines Persian, Islamic, and Indian styles. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the finest examples of Mughal town planning and architecture. After the visit, continue driving to Jaipur (200 km | 3.5 hrs), the capital city of Rajasthan, which is popularly known as the Pink City because many of its buildings are painted in shades of pink, a color that symbolizes hospitality. Arrive in Jaipur and check-in at your prebooked Hotel.

After breakfast, sightseeing of Jaipur city

  • Amber Fort, situated on a hill about 11 kilometers from Jaipur, is one of Rajasthan’s most impressive forts. Built with red sandstone and marble, it is known for its grand gates, beautiful courtyards, the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), and stunning views of Maota Lake. Ascend the fort on an elephant’s back.
  • Jal Mahal (Pass by), a picturesque palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake
  • Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, it has 953 small windows, called jharokhas, which allowed royal women to observe street festivals while remaining unseen.
  • The City Palace, the grand City Palace, established in 1721. Once the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur, it now houses the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum, showcasing the city’s rich heritage. It is a magnificent complex of courtyards, gardens, museums, and royal residences.
  • The Jantar Mantar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest astronomical observatories in the world. It contains several astronomical instruments, including the world’s largest stone sundial, used to observe celestial bodies and measure time accurately.

Morning, transfer to the airport to board the flight scheduled to depart at 0835 hr. for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai at 1030 hr., transfer to the prebooked hotel.
Afternoon, sightseeing of the financial capital of India. Visit Gateway of India, Dhobi Ghat, Oval Maidan, Marine drive, Hanging Garden, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhawan, Victoria Terminus & Crawford Market.

Morning free to explore the city on your own.
Afternoon, transfer to the airport to board flight scheduled to depart at 1535 hr. Arrive Kochi at 1735 hr. , transfer to the prebooked hotel.

After breakfast, sightseeing of Kochi. Visit Fort Kochi beach, chinese fishing nets, Vasco da Gama square, St. Francis Church (India’s oldest European church), Santa Cruz Basilica, Dutch Cemetery (view from outside), Bastion Bungalow, local spice and handicraft shops, Jew Town, Paradesi Synagogue & Mattancherry Palace.
Afternoon, drive to Munnar (130 km | 04 hr.). Arrive Munnar & check in at the hotel

Morning sightseeing of Munnar. Visit the tea plantations, a tea factory (subject to permission being granted), and the Eravikulam National Park – home of the endangered Nilgiri Thar (Ibex)—followed by a visit to the Mattupetty dam, the Kundala Lake, and other scenic spots.

Afternoon, drive to Thekkady – one of the world’s most fascinating natural wildlife reserves noted for its geography, diverse wildlife, and scenic beauty. Arrive Thekkady and check in at the prebooked hotel.

After breakfast, leave for Jungle Walk. The forest provides specially trained guides for early morning treks into the jungle. The treks are of a duration of 03 hrs. These treks are an ideal way to really feel the forest and to experience it closely. 

Afternoon boat ride on the Lake Periyar, where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attractions of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake.

After breakfast, leave for Alleppey in time to board the houseboat for an overnight backwater trip. On arrival in Alleppey, commence an overnight houseboat cruise, which gives one a fascinating insight into the life of a Keralan Backwater Village. As the boat glides along the backwaters, one can see the daily life in the backwater villages. On the narrow strips of land, fishermen fishing, children swimming and playing in the water, women doing their daily chores, mobile shops in tiny canoes, the cultivation of paddy and its harvesting (during harvest season), huge country barges ferrying the coconuts, rice, coir etc. Note: The cruise commences at 1300 hrs with lunch served onboard and continues till dusk. At dusk the boat will anchor in a wide waterway or lake for the night. (The backwaters close to boat traffic at dusk as the fisherman lay their nets in the backwaters. Other boats are not allowed to ply in the backwaters after dusk.) On the following day the cruise commences again after breakfast, and you will be dropped at Alleppey by 1000 hrs.

Check out from the houseboat and proceed to Mararikulam, a beach town on the Arabian Sea in Kerala. The palm-fringed bays in secluded coconut groves promise a relaxed stay. The boundless blue waters of the Arabian Sea and miles of white sands washed away by the surf at the feet of the stalwart palms and the rocky promontories, makes this beach paradise. Arrive Mararikulam and check in at the prebooked hotel.
